Worst banking experience I have ever had! If you're in park rapids looking for a bank, avoid them at all costs! Lost my debit cards, entered incorrect address on my account, can't even use my debit card to get cash, service is mediocre at very best! No idea how they stay open.
Terrible service! Daily spending limit of $250. If you go buy some building materials say at home depot and it's beyond 4pm... Your card declines and there is nothing you can do about it since no one is available for card services. Oh did I mention everything (larger towns) is 45 mile's away? Yeah, keep a different card on hand because these guys are ridiculous and their banking practices are horrendous. Can't buy anything out of the country since they think it's fraudulent! I buy yarn from Turkey all the time with other cards. Major source of frustration with these guys. Would not recommend! Can't login to website frequently as they do updates on payday. Slow to post transactions days later. Save yourself some time and headache and go elsewhere. It is your money, you should be allowed to spend as you see fit.
