Friendly but we were told a price for just a style and we're charged more when paying without an explanation. I didn't ask questions because it was my daughters day and I wasn't about to ruin it. When I was paying, my stylist whispered something to the receptionist but didn't say a word to me. I know this happened to several of the eight of us with no reasoning given. Very unprofessional in my opinion!
