Just had brakes done...WOW! Fast friendly and very reasonable! Better than the other shops around town, Thielens has a WARM, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE WAITING AREA W/ WIFI & TV & HOT BEVERAGES!!!. The others have cold, dirty hard chairs crappy burnt coffee if ur lucky. I'm taking my car here from now on!. Only reason I haven't B4 was because I thought it was for their car buyers only. PS I'm still a little turned off by their sales technique's, BUT I LOVE THEIR SERVICE CENTER!

Thielen Motors and our sales person David were such a big help in selecting the rite vehicle for me and getting it in under my budget. I actually am looking forward to going back next spring to purchase my wifes new vehicle from them. We were referred to them by my mother in law and sister in law and they both have been very pleased with the Thielen Motors sales staff. I would also recommend the service department, Very knowledgeable and they get the service done on schedule and done rite the first time. If they were not almost a 2 hour drive away from my home I would be using them for all my auto service needs.
Very professional, very easy to work with. We did a lot of pre-work over the phone and David was extremely helpful. He was quick to respond and delivered exactly what he promised. Best car buying experience I've had :)
Vance & Eric were incredible to work with!!! We were on vacation and my suburban ran into some trouble... they were MORE than willing to help us out to find out if we could drive it at all anymore... this was at 4:55 on the Friday before Memorial Weekend!!! They were so NICE and HELPFUL!!! Great Group of Guys working there!!! Thanks for helping us!!! We would recommend this place to anyone we know!!
