The floral arrangements are always beautiful and last a long time - at least a week.
Not open early not friendly not getting my business
If I could give less than one, I would. I had ordered flowers for my granddaughters birthday through Teleflora, who then sent the order to Park Rapids Floral. PRF decided they didn't want to fill the order, and waited until the end of day before informing Teleflora of this...thus my granddaughter did not receive flowers for her special day. Why you may ask did they do this? Well a few months ago I had ordered daisy's for my daughter, directly through Park Rapids Floral and paid a hefty amount for them...but instead of sending daisy's, they sent carnations. Then, could not figure out why I was upset. I suppose they figured I wouldn't find out and they would get away with it. And they would have, had it been anyone other than my daughter, who knows I would only send her daisies.
I ordered flowers for my Aunt's funeral and was so pleased to see my order as FULL and FRESH as it was... Delicake, feminine and BEAUTIFUL !! Thank you to Beth and Deb for your Customer service !!!
Today I received a delivery from my mother , she specifically called.pr floral rather than using a middle man to ensure the.local business would receive max profit. She spoke at length and was clear about her order. When it came not only was it the wrong type of flower but it appears as if a child threw some flowers in a vase. This is not my first delivery from pr floral that was of no quality and the wrong flower. I would suggest you just go to the grocery store be a use its cheaper and you get what you want and it won't be arranged half ass. The local Hugo's hasbetter. What a disappointment. I thought they took pride in small town businesses...nope.
