This place caters to contractors and if you are a DIY'er, the service is terrible. Despite the fact that our contractor bought all the material for our new home here, we were treated poorly and couldn't get anyone to help us when we came in. We feel strongly about purchasing locally whenever possible but we now avoid it if possible. There are better options in Park Rapids. I would not recommend this for individual homeowners, especailly for women.
