This hotel is a good value. The rooms are always clean. They serve a full breakfast with eggs, bacon or sausage, pancakes, pastries, etc. We stay here whenever we are in Park Rapids.
Stayed in the suite with our kids and another family with their kids. Had a great time using the pool! The staff was ever so accommodating and catered to our every need. We plan on staying there again when we return to Park Rapids!
The C'mon Inn was a cute and cozy hotel my party of four booked at the last minute and it turned out to be a nice place to stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating and provided us with everything we needed. I was formerly a housekeeper and was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the room. They definitely deserve a raise! Shower had warm water for my entire shower. Mattress was awesome. Complimentary HBO was a nice perk. Only reason I give it 4 stars rather than 5 is because the chlorine in the hot tub/pool area was so strong it burned my eyes to the point of causing tears after 10 minutes. Also they didn't have it posted when breakfast ended and it closed sooner than most places so some of us missed out on breakfast. Breakfast hours should be listed on the hotel brochure in the room. Other than that it was a great stay and I would stay at another C'mon Inn.
The facility had very modern, clean, and inviting atmosphere. The evening staff was quick to help us check in. We were impressed by the breakfast as well. Unfortunately, a few things took away from our experience. There was a barking dog a few rooms down from us, and another room as you left the hallway smelled strongly of marijuana. I was most disappointed with the service as i was checking out. I waited 10 minutes without being acknowledged. At first, the desk person was taking a call, so i didn't mind. After that, a manager came out and socialized with the guest in front of me so that I couldn't be helped at the counter.
The center gathering space of the inn provided lots of comfortable seating and a small breakfast counter. The meeting room was also nice and well lit with windows and plenty of table space. The rooms were alright. The staff was helpful, but not very friendly.
