Kudos to the new management.
To put it short. The best thing there was the mashed potatoes and gravy.
They also had random customers walking in and out of the kitchen asking where their food was.
Great food and service.
Dirty dishes everywhere, and pizza was extremely dry and bland.
The the buffet is pretty large selection $10 every night 5 days broasted chicken
Ok, so I am updating my review. I stopped in again recently after I heard the store was under new management. This was on a Saturday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised by the improvement. There where only 2 staff on and it was fairly busy. They managed to keep tables clean and the food fresh. In the past they've had 4 or 5 staff on with the same amount of customers and the service and food where horrible.
Would not recommend. Go somewhere else.
We always enjoyed coming here until today. We ordered special pizzas and the manager decided to only give us half our order. Very rude and very disappointing. Won't return when we come up north.
Service was terrible, place was unclean and old, flies everywhere, my friend got clipped with a cart to pick up dishes by an employee, and by a chair the employee was moving around.
I'd say the food quality was on par with other Pizza Ranches. This place still doesn't feel like a Pizza Ranch though and is rather lacking in variety of food choices. Still seems more bowling alley than restaurant. Just seems like the owner just put together a bunch of old buffet equipment together to make a restaurant. If that doesn't bother you and you don't care about the other food options at other Pizza Ranches then I'd recommend eating here since the quality of food and service has greatly improved.
