Ackerman Plumbing & Heating is a very customer friendly company. They are very good about being prompt in returning calls and showing up when they say they will. Had a new furnace installed which promptly quit working, which is in no way a reflection on them, most likely a manufacturing problem, so now for the test to see how quick and efficient they are in resolving the situation...thank goodness it's not winter yet. The problem was promptly fixed, and I got a follow-up call to make sure all was ok with the furnace. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing and heating needs.
