2 bedrooms, a twin and a double sized bed in one room, and a double sized bed in the other. The couch in the living room is also pretty wide and soft, so it can be used for a bed. The floors in the main room are hardwood, so no more sand getting all in the carpet. It gets really humid, so you have to keep the windows open at night but it's not that hot if you don't use blankets. Plenty of cabinet/counter space and a nice sized fridge. It's overall a lovely cabin.
