This was the first time we've been there and spent a fews days in one of the larger cabins with family. The cabins were very nice with the north woods feel but what really impressed us was how clean and well maintained they were. We've spent time at other resorts over the years and always felt we had to clean everything when we got there, but not the case here. Although our kids are grown up now they have a lot of activities fot the younger kids. Very family friendly. We spent time fishing on one of their pontoons, went in their canoe up the Fish Hook river to Park Rapids, used their bikes to ride on the extensive and well maintained bike trail and even got a tour from Kim (one of the owners) of Park Rapids. They treated us just like family. We'll be back. Five star plus!
We always have a good time here. The lake is good for fishing, the cabins are well supplied, and they have a great game/lobby area. The resort is also close to town which is nice when you'd like to go shopping or get something to eat.
